Please Note: All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming to participate in SAQ swimming. This is for insurance purposes as well as swim meet entry requirements. There is a one-time, $57 annual fee for a year-round athlete (Sept. 1-Aug. 31). Seasonal athletes (summer only) pay $37. Fee is separate from SAQ monthly fees.

	SIGN UP TO SWIM WITH SAQ SAQ Swim team practices Monday through Thursday evenings from 4-5 pm. We have an option for some of the older, more serious swimmers to practice longer on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. Early Morning workouts (5 am) are also available. (Please contact coach Mark for arrangements, if you are interested.)
